Identification Surveys
A commercial identification survey is recommended so as to be sure that your property is not encroaching on or being encroached upon by a neighbouring property. We will provide a CAD drawn sketch and a typed report detailing any encroachments. We are currently servicing many local conveyancers and conveyancers located in the Sydney CBD. PCA Surveys
Apex Surveying can prepare you a Lease Area Survey either for Gross Lettable or Nett Lettable Areas. All plans and measurements are prepared according to guidelines specified by the Property Council of Australia (PCA).
Lease Surveys
Apex Surveying is experienced in the preparation of all forms of Lease Plans to be attached to a dealing for lodgement at the LPI.
